Time Flys when your broke

Well in all honesty it has been a bumpy ride since i last posted. my computer went haywire and i had to knuckle down and by another one. I also bought a smart phone and just connected it to my blog here. my internet store is sitting on the back burner waiting for some more income to facilitate a comfortable environment where i don’t feel like if that doesn’t succeed i will be hungry. that was dumb but i was hopeful. anyway i am a property manager by day now and income taxes are coming in and i think i will try my hand at real estate investing again. As soon as the big check clears the bank i will be investing 1000 dollars into this new program. i will be giving my honest feedback on how it goes. lord knows i am not a guru.

I have been going to the webinars and gearing myself up. This time i did pre-order research and have my ducks in a row to know that this isn’t a scam but that it will take some effort on my part and with the income tax check in tow i will have the cash to advertise on places other than just craigslist. when you pay to advertise i find that the quality of lead is much better. family and friends where no help and thus the end of my internet business from the start. This time i am better prepared. I have already started advertising, i have contacted the needed supporters, I have spoken with real estate agents, attorneys, and other investors to see who i am in competition with and so far no other investor i know in my inner circle has heard of it so my odds are looking pretty good in my area for quick success as being the go to person in this area of expertise in this “new” approach to an old — almost 20 year old–strategy.
